This photo is the post 9/11 bollards that protect the archgrounds leading to the Old Cathedral in St. Louis. The Cathedral is interesting in that it was the only building that was spared from demolition when they cleared the land for what is now the Jefferson memorial (the archgrounds). I thought the image a nice companion to the shot I posted yesterday.
